JAY NEWTON | PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Plant & Process Expertise You Can Rely On

 Jay Newton brings over 30 years of diverse business experience, specializing in the precast industry. He began his career as a commercial loan officer and tax specialist, assisting business owners in identifying investment opportunities, financing strategies, and tax planning. Transitioning to a commercial bank as Vice President and commercial lender, he honed his skills in business evaluation and risk assessment. Jay's entrepreneurial ventures include owning a precast step manufacturing company, which he transformed into a top architectural producer in New England before marketing & selling it to a larger concrete producer. He then ventured into bid consulting, successfully managing challenging precast projects. 


For the last 20 years, Jay focused on the concrete equipment industry, designing & retrofitting control systems for batch plants across North America, modernizing the precast industry. With his extensive expertise, he has collaborated with European batch plant manufacturers to design and implement cutting-edge production systems for various types of precast concrete.  


Jay successfully employs a comprehensive plant assessment approach to drive client’s continuous improvement in plant maintenance programs, employee knowledge, and modern equipment integration.  Jay joins Truliance after formerly serving as the Solutions Specialist in the precast division at SIMEM America Inc. With Truliance, Jay continues to provide solutions for concrete production, automation, project management, bid negotiation, financial coaching, and risk assessment to support the success of precast concrete producers.

Joel Foderberg | Technical COnsultant

Engineering Excellence in Precast & Prestressed Concrete

Joel Foderberg is a seasoned expert in the architectural precast and prestressed concrete manufacturing industry, with nearly 40 years of extensive experience. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas, Joel has a solid foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of civil engineering and construction. As the President and CEO of IconX LLC, he founded the company to specialize in composite insulated wall panel shear connectors, successfully leading sales, engineering, and research and development initiatives. Under his leadership, IconX has achieved remarkable success, cultivating a customer base across North America and producing over 10 million square feet of wall panels.


Prior to IconX, Joel served as President of Omega Concrete Systems Inc., where he played a pivotal role in the company's growth and innovation. He led the organization through significant transitions, managed vital business functions, and was instrumental in developing the Nexwall system, a lightweight wall panel solution that demonstrates his ability to innovate in the industry.

Alan Siebenthaler brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted history in the precast concrete and concrete pipe industry to his role as an Independent Strategic Sales Agent for Truliance Consulting. A 1996 graduate of the University of Dayton, Alan's career has been defined by his dedication to sales, marketing, and quality assurance within the sector he knows best.


With notable tenures at the National Precast Concrete Association and Hamilton Kent, Alan has honed his skills in marketing, sales management, and quality assurance, making significant contributions to the industry. In 2023, he took his expertise a step further by founding AS3 Precast Sales, where he continues to serve the precast concrete industry as an independent sales agent.


Alan's involvement extends beyond his professional duties, with active roles in industry associations such as the NPCA board of directors and the Ohio Precast Concrete Association, where he serves as the executive director. These positions not only highlight his leadership skills but also his commitment to advancing the industry's standards.
