Joel Foderberg Truliance Technical Consultant, is a seasoned expert in the architectural precast and prestressed concrete manufacturing industry, with nearly 40 years of extensive experience. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas, Joel has built a strong foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of civil engineering and construction.
As the President and CEO of IconX LLC, Joel founded the company to specialize in composite insulated wall panel shear connectors. He successfully led sales, engineering, and research and development initiatives, guiding IconX to remarkable success. Under his leadership, the company cultivated a customer base across North America and produced over 10 million square feet of wall panels.
Before IconX, Joel served as President of Omega Concrete Systems Inc., where he played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and innovation. He led the organization through significant transitions, managed vital business functions, and was instrumental in developing the Nexwall system, a lightweight wall panel solution that demonstrates his ability to innovate within the industry.
Joel’s consulting practice is distinguished by a methodical analysis of project outcomes and goal setting. He specializes in identifying opportunities for improvement in problem-solving, decision-making, and market positioning for operational excellence. His hands-on approach and continuous coaching foster a culture where architectural design, engineering, and production work in synergy.
