Onsite Building Evaluation
The building inspection uncovers deficiencies in design and weakness in the precast,cast stone, and natural stone materials. Our staff uses testing procedures, material analysis, and destructive investigation tools to uncover problems with the material to prevent future issues with new material
Brownstone & Limestone Replacement with Cast Stone
Replacing these material types bring an array of questions. Color, Variation, texture, 100 year wear, casting design and finish. Having replicated these before, we know how, and we know the problems that will arise and the solutions that can be addressed before production begins to ensure the manufacture produces the highest quality product within their capabilities.
Precast & Cast Stone Plant Quality Inspections
Prior to production, and during, we will conduct periodic inspection, to validate, plant quality programs and assurance, production procedures, and manufacturing to ensure when the product arrives on site, it meets specifications in regards to form, finish, and function.
Owners Representative
Working as a representative of the owner and the team, we work to source the material supplier most suited for the project and assist in material scope of work proposals including budgeting. We also offer third party representation in dispute over material quality issues.
